In an agreed statement of facts made an exhibit at her guilty plea, Tanya Marie Cossette admitted regularly sending explicit texts to two boys at Oilfields high school.
The exhibit, a copy of which was obtained Wednesday by QMI Agency, indicated Cossette had a reputation as being "flirtatious" with male students.
"Cossette was described as a friendly and outgoing person who would help students by giving them rides and buying them lunch," said the exhibit, signed by Cossette, her lawyer, Lisa Burgis, and Crown prosecutor Nadine Nesbitt.
"She would also bring back small gifts for some of the students when she retuned from trips to Mexico," it said.
"She was sometimes described as 'overly friendly' and 'flirtatious' with the male students."
Cossette regularly texted both male and female students, during and after school hours.
"On one occasion Cossette asked one of the male high school students to come and pick her up from the bar," it said.
"He declined."
Between October, 2007, and March, 2008, she regularly texted one male student, with the conversations eventually becoming sexual.
After discussing sex for a few weeks the student and Cossette arranged to meet.
She picked him up at his home and drove him to a secluded area, where they began kissing and then had sexual intercourse.
The two also met at Cossette's Black Diamond home where they engaged in sexual activity.
After the second encounter the teenager broke off the relationship, telling Cossette he did not think it was right.
In January, 2009, Cossette started "sexting" with another student.
"She would send 'dirty' text messages and say that she 'wanted him' and that she wanted to arrange a date and book a hotel room," the court exhibit said.
Cossette also smoked marijuana with the teen and allowed him to smoke dope in her home.
After she loaned him $200, she told him he could repay her with sexual favours, but the two never had sex.
Cossette pleaded guilty Tuesday to two charges of luring via electronic device and one of sexual exploitation.
She remains at liberty pending an Aug. 31, sentencing hearing.
Black Diamond is 60 km southwest of Calgary.

Housekeeper on trial for sexual assault
By Tony Spears ,Ottawa SunPeering through a crack in a closet door, a personal support worker watched a cleaner grope the breasts of an 18-year-old patient at a longterm care facility in June 2009, a court heard Tuesday.
Amina Ege testified she’d grown concerned over Sovann Phan’s persistent loitering around the severely developmentally delayed teen’s room at the West End Villa.
The woman isn’t mobile, can’t talk and requires staff at the home to dress, bathe and change her, Ege said.
Phan, 66, is charged with sexual assault in the alleged June 13 groping.
Ege said Phan, a housekeeper, was going in and out of the woman’s room. Before entering, he would case the hallway.
“To me, it’s not normal behaviour,” Ege said. “That’s what made me suspicious.”
The woman’s octogenarian roommate was asleep, but Ege said the teen was awake and lying flat on her back when Ege decided to conceal herself in a closet.
“She was under my care,” Ege said. “She can’t defend herself.”
Three minutes into her vigil, Phan entered the room.
He crouched down, then “put his two hands under her shirt and kind of massage, touching her breasts,” Ege said.
It lasted about five seconds, then Phan left. Ege was aghast and told a nurse, who reported it to management.
On cross-examination, defence counsel Brett McGarry suggested she might not have had a clear view of what Phan was doing.
Ege said she’d glimpsed the teen’s breasts.
“You were sure what you were seeing, but you allowed it to go on for another three to four seconds?” McGarry asked.
She said she was fearful and stunned.
“I freeze there,” Ege said.
McGarry also suggested Phan would have many legitimate reasons to go into a room — even without cleaning supplies — like checking the garbage or ensuring there was enough soap and toilet paper in the en suite bathroom.
The start of the evidence was delayed to interview prospective Cambodian interpreters for Phan.
